How We Mail Our Live Betta Fish We take great care to ensure that your bettas arrive safely. Your live betta is shipped UPS first monday after payment. Someone must be abailable to receive it. Your betta is packed in a bag filled with one cup of water. the bag is then put in an insulated styrofoam box and placed within a cardboard box. We guarantee that your healthy fish arrives safely to you. In the unlikely event there is a problem, please take a photo of the deceased fish. I will gladly replace it.
